From an economic and solidarity perspective, the Grimaldi Forum engages in numerous initiatives, which it shares with all stakeholders. It supports local charitable actions and encourages its employees to participate. It also shares its best practices with peers and favors local suppliers and service providers. The Grimaldi Forum is also a significant economic driver for Monaco. Beyond its permanent staff of 137 employees, the GFM manages around 300 temporary contracts and indirectly engages 700 suppliers and service providers, representing a pool estimated at more than 5,000 jobs in Monaco and the surrounding areas. This generates an average of 70 million euros in economic impact.
SUPPORT FOR LOCAL ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL INITIATIVES
No Finish Line Monaco
For the past 15 years, the Grimaldi Forum has been taking part in the No Finish Line Monaco (NFL). With around a hundred employees registered, the team is committed to supporting NFL projects for underprivileged or sick children.
Combating food waste
After the closing of LUXE PACK MONACO trade fair, the Grimaldi Forum shared more than 300 salads and sandwiches between its employees and the Soupe de nuit charity.
Culture for everyone
As part of its partnership with CMB Monaco, the GFM was delighted to welcome a group of children accompanied by volunteers from the association Les Enfants de Frankie for a guided tour of the major summer exhibition "Monet en Pleine Lumière".
U-Paint Festival
500m2 of carpet was provided for this event to protect the floor from paint splashes. This initiative avoids the unnecessary manufacture of new carpets while giving a second life to those already used by the GFM.
GFM joins MaConsigne
In order to prevent food waste on a daily basis, unsold food from the GFM company restaurant is now offered to staff at reduced prices at the end of the service, in MaConsigne containers.
