The Grimaldi Forum has a dynamic team of more than 140 permanent employees who use their expertise to work towards a common goal: customer and visitor satisfaction. At the heart of 6 large departments, there are nearly 40 different lines of work in action, and our employees operate in an open and innovative environment where everyone is able to use their talents.
GENERAL MANAGEMENT
General Management guides the company's strategy and ensures that its general policy and the sustainable commitment is carried out in agreement with the Grimaldi Forum Monaco Board of Directors. It brings all of the company's stakeholders together by relying on 9 departments: Building Management, Department of Safety, Fire and Risk Prevention, Financial and Legal Department, Human Resources Department, Sales and Development Department, Cultural Events Department, Events Department, CSR Department and Communications Department.

BUILDING DEPARTMENT
The Building Department ensures the proper functioning of the Monaco Government Congress and Culture Centre. It plans, organises, directs, controls and evaluates the activities of all projects related to building maintenance and development, managing and supervising all the services carried out there. One of the major ongoing projects in this department is the project to enlarge the Grimaldi Forum as part of the Principality's offshore extension project, which will be launched in early 2025. It is also involved in the event phase for all services related to its associated fields of activity (high & low voltage, cleaning, IT).

SALES & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
The Sales and Development Department defines the Grimaldi Forum Monaco's commercial policy in accordance with its organisation and objectives. Its duties concern both Monaco and the international community. As the first point of contact that the Grimaldi Forum has with its clients, the Sales and Development Department mostly attracts and retains European clients, while still remaining present and active beyond the continent, particularly at the main trade fairs in the MICE and non-profit sectors.
The Sales and Development Department defines the Grimaldi Forum Monaco's commercial policy in accordance with its organisation and objectives. COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT
Responsible for the company's image, identity and the values it conveys, the Communications Department promotes the strengths of the Grimaldi Forum Monaco among its various audiences and the press, in line with the company's overall strategy. The Communications Department is involved in the culture and business tourism sectors, both institutionally and during events. It can also act as a relay in terms of promotion for clients who are organising events.

The Cultural Events Department is involved in all stages of implementing exhibitions at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, from supporting the curator in defining their topic, to project management, including project development, feasibility studies and technical guidance. It also manages the planning of live shows, producing many shows and concerts themselves. Finally, it offers its expertise to Grimaldi Forum Monaco clients who wish to organise an exhibition on site or elsewhere.
The Cultural Events Department is involved in all stages of implementing exhibitions at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, from supporting the curator in defining their topic, to project management, including project development, feasibility studies and technical guidance. It also manages the planning of live shows, producing many shows and concerts themselves. Finally, it offers its expertise to Grimaldi Forum Monaco clients who wish to organise an exhibition on site or elsewhere.
FINANCIAL AND LEGAL DEPARTMENT
The Grimaldi Forum Financial and Legal Department (DFJ) ensures compliance with the implemented budget and investment policies defined by the Board of Directors. It ensures the proper application of current legislation and organises legal monitoring. The DFJ is the CCIN, AMSF and RGPD referent.
It is in charge of the computer-related services and digital transition undertaken by the Grimaldi Forum with the dematerialisation of its administrative flow.

The Events Department organises all events and ensures that they run smoothly. Completely dedicated to its customers, it can organise a turnkey event from the first idea to its post-event report, including design, layout, editing, audio-visual services and even catering. Nothing (or almost nothing!) is impossible for our teams; every original idea is turned into a challenge!

HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
The Human Resources Department (HRD) defines and implements recruitment and payment policy, promotes career management, particularly in terms of training, deals with social management, particularly corporate projects, by uniting teams around common objectives. It is also in charge of the Grimaldi Forum's Social and Environmental Responsibility project. Finally, the HRD is the link between the employee representative bodies within the company and is responsible for social climate.

The Department of Security, Fire Safety & Risk Prevention helps design the company's prevention, mediation and safety strategies. It manages tasks to monitor the peace, security, protection and health of the building. It is involved in all areas of the Grimaldi Forum Monaco on a daily basis, both in terms of its functioning and that of each of the events taking place there. As in Monaco as a whole, the protection of property and persons is the Grimaldi Forum's main priority.

DIRECTION DE LA RESPONSABILITÉ SOCIÉTALE & ENVIRONNEMENTALE

It leads this approach, ensuring the roadmap is deployed and coordinating cross-functional projects for different Departments or with partners. Finally, it facilitates the integration of CSR into all business lines by raising awareness and supporting employees in adopting the company's commitments.
