The Grimaldi Forum Monaco named Best Overseas Conference Centre at the M&IT Awards 2025!

On 19 September, the Grimaldi Forum won the Gold Award in the ‘Best Overseas Convention Centre’ category at the M&IT Awards ceremony held in London by M&IT Magazine, one of the most influential media outlets in the UK business tourism sector.
This prestigious award once again confirms the Grimaldi Forum's excellence in hosting and organising international events. It comes at a symbolic moment: the year of its 25th anniversary and the inauguration of its building extension, a key milestone in its development.
Recognition among Europe's best
The Grimaldi Forum Monaco took the top spot on the podium, ahead of renowned competitors:
- Silver: CCIB - Barcelona International Convention Centre (Spain)
- Bronze: PortAventura Centre Convention Centre (Spain)
- Other finalists: Dublin and Amsterdam, two major players in the sector.
This is the 20th M&IT award won by the Grimaldi Forum since 2003, including nine gold awards, marking a triumphant return to the top spot, which it had not held since 2011.
A collective victory for Monaco as a destination
This success is part of a group dynamic:
- The Monaco Convention Bureau also won gold in its category.
- The DMC agency Raising Stones Events, also based in the Principality, was awarded a silver prize.

With more than 45% of its clients returning year after year, the Grimaldi Forum has demonstrated its ability to build loyalty through the quality of its offerings and services. In 25 years, it has accumulated 27 major awards, proof of its position of excellence.
