Under the Honorary Presidency of H.S.H Prince Albert II, the SPORTEL Awards are held every year as part of the SPORTEL Monaco convention, the world’s leading Sports Content Media Rights and Technology Convention. This event is first and foremost an international competition that rewards the most outstanding sports footages of the year, during a Ceremony open and free to the public.
SPORTEL Awards is also an opportunity for sports fans to experience unique moments with renowned elite sporting champions. Many public events are organized in the Principality with free access by booking: conferences and exclusive meetings, signing sessions… A way to showcase the sport, its champions and the values they convey

Under the Honorary Presidency of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco and created in 1990 on the initiative of Georges Bertellotti, a Monégasque journalist and passionate sports enthusiast, SPORTEL Awards is held every year in the Principality of Monaco.
SPORTEL Awards aims to highlight all sports disciplines and their champions. To achieve this goal, the event includes an international competition that rewards the best sports images of the past year across various categories. It also features a selection of high-profile public events that facilitate encounters between top sports champions and their audience.
The event is also organized alongside SPORTEL Monaco, a leading trade show specializing in media rights for sports content and technologies.
