One of the greatest fairy tale never told comes to life in Shrek The Musical, the award-winning Broadway show based on the smash-hit movie! The classic film is brought to life with unforgettable characters, beloved songs and outrageous humour.
Shrek The Musical follows Shrek, an ogre whose quiet life is disrupted when he encounters a group of fairy-tale characters and sets off on a journey with Donkey, his talkative companion. Their adventure brings them to Princess Fiona and Lord Farquaad, leading to a series of comic situations inspired by the familiar world of fairy tales.
Alongside its humour and musical numbers, the story explores themes of friendship, acceptance and the importance of looking beyond appearances. The stage adaptation combines elements of the original film with live performances, songs and theatrical storytelling.
Shrek The Musical is ogre-sized fun for the whole family!
