The birds have always been there. They cross our cities, connect the sky to the earth and continue their journey, while our eyes are often lost in the urgency of everyday life. One morning, on a station platform, I realised that no one was looking up. From this image was born LEVER LES YEUX [RAISE YOUR EYES].
Bringing together Monegasque dancers with disabilities and professional dancers from the Compagnie 6eSens, this choreographic creation invites us to find what birds have never lost: their attention to the world. Bodies then become the couriers of a rediscovered regard, inviting us to see differently, to listen differently and, perhaps, to inhabit the world around us differently.
What if to raise your eyes is already a way to take care of the world?
