From July 1st to September 6th, 2026, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco will present an exceptional exhibition retracing more than 130 years of automotive history in the Principality. From elegance contests to racing cars, including legends from the Rallye Monte-Carlo and Grand Prix de Monaco, more than fifty iconic vehicles and rare items will be brought together in a 4,000 m² exhibition space.
Curated by Rodolphe Rapetti, General Heritage Curator, the exhibition—organized with the full support of the Automobile Club de Monaco—will offer a journey into the heart of Monaco’s enduring passion for the automobile, a passion long shared by the Princely Family.
Presented with the kind cooperation of the AUTOMOBILE CLUB DE MONACO, this exhibition enjoys the support of CMB MONACO, SOTHEBY’S, the MARZOCCO GROUP, the SEGOND AUTOMOBILES GROUP, and FIUGGI.
An immersion in 130 years of automotive history
Covering 4,000 m², the exhibition “Monaco and the Automobile, from 1893 to the present day” will bring together around fifty iconic vehicles, including more than 20 cars that have won the Monaco Grand Prix or the Monte Carlo Rally, as well as items from the Princely Family and previously unseen archives from the Automobile Club de Monaco.
