LE NOEL DE FRANKIE : MISSION REVE

Sat. 30th November - Sun. 1st December 2013

The genesis of Mission Rêve came 10 years ago, when the children's charity Les Enfants de Frankie started visiting seriously ill children in PACA Region hospitals.

The charity's idea was to make these children's dreams come true: around 100 children each confided their dearest wish, and back in Monaco a great adventure began. The charity's members and eminent Monegasque figures gave generously of their time and resources in order to organise a soirée, attended by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, at which each guest took responsibility for making a child's dream come true. A year later, the dreams of 56 sick children became reality.

Now, under the patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, the charity has used this marvellous experience to produceMission Rêve, a show recounting the most wonderful of these children's dreams in 10 scenes. Aléo, a young boy, sets out to discover the dreams and leads us into an uplifting musical with acrobats, dancers, international singers, clowns, animals and surprise guests. Seventy-five minutes of sheer visual pleasure danced and sung to engaging tunes from Disney, Asterix and other familiar sources.

A truly unique musical that will delight children and all other generations too, brought to us by a team of professionals who care intensely about children*.

Saturday 30 November at 6.30pm - Sunday 1 December at 3pm

Salle des Princes

*The charity is putting on two free performances on Saturday 30 November, at 2pm and 4pm, for 4000 sick and disadvantaged children from Monaco and the PACA Region. Some of them will recognise themselves 10 years ago!
