The Council of Europe went to check out the Grimaldi Forum
In preparation for the Conference on the Rights of the Child, to be held on 20 and 21 November 2011 in Monaco under the chairmanship of HRH The Princess of Hanover, a delegation from the Council of Europe was at the Grimaldi Forum to finalize arrangements for the reception and organization of working sessions with the Direction of Diplomatic and Consular Relations, the Direction of International Affairs and the Monaco Tourist and Convention Bureau.
In just over a month, 200 participants are expected to Monaco, to assess progress since the launch of "Building a Europe for and with children" in Monaco in 2006 and discuss the priorities of the new strategy of the Council of Europe on the rights of the child to identify actions to be taken by the Organization, its Member States and other partners to ensure the rights of the child.
