THEATER - LA PORTE À COTÉ
Fri. 25th March 2016 8:30pm
The Grimaldi Forum and Théâtre Princesse Grace have teamed up again, this time so the Principality can enjoy Fabrice Roger-Lacan's play La porte à côté, produced by the Théâtre Edouard VII in Paris, directed by Bernard Murat and starring Léa Drucker and Edouard Baer.
She is a psychiatrist, he sells yoghurt. They live in neighbouring flats, enjoy a mutual dislike of each other and, like millions of singletons lost in the city, furtively explore dating websites searching for love – someone totally unlike their ghastly neighbour.
When at last each finds their soulmate, neither can resist boasting about it to the other. A final bit of one-upmanship... or is it?
Roger-Lacan's play, staged by Bernard Murat, with Léa Drucker and Édouard Baer, in a coproduction of the Theater Princess Grace and Grimaldi Forum Monaco.
