Brilliant inaugural ceremony for the Japanese Exhibition
In the presence of numerous personalities including Mr. Yukiya Amano, Director General of IAEA, and Mr. Michel Roger, Minister of State of the Principality, was held Tuesday, 13 the official opening of the Exhibition "Kyoto-Tokyo , from Samurai to Manga ".
Celebrating both a tribute to cultural diversity and friendship between Japan and Monaco, HSH Prince Albert II and LL.AA.II Prince Hitachi, the younger brother of the Emperor, accompanied by his wife, have cut the traditional ribbon. Then they visited the 4000m2 Grimaldi Forum's exhibition which combines, in a breathtaking scenery, ancient Japan from the ancient capital of Kyoto and the modern image of the current capital, Tokyo.
